DMK MLA’s Son Car Accident – Seven, died in Audi Car Crash

The latest news is coming from various sources about the death of DMK MLA’s son. According to the reports, Hosur Y Prakash’s son – Karuna Sagar has been killed with other seven people in a brutal car accident in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The incident took place near Mangala Kalyana Manatapa (Koramangala) locality in the early hours of Tuesday at around 1.45 am. The luxury car Audi Q3 was speeding when it suddenly deviated off the road and climbed onto the footpath before ramming into a light pole, as per an India TV report.

Among the seven deceased people, Six people died on the spot while one person lost his life on the way to the hospital. It took more than 15 minutes to drag the bodies out of the vehicle. The 7 killed in the accident are recognized as:

Rohith (23) Hubballi District

All the deceased are aged between 21 to 30 years. Their dead bodies are kept at Saint John’s hospital. Dr. Ravikanthe Gowda who is the Additional Commissioner for Traffic went to the spot and said, “The accident has taken place due to negligent and rash driving. An investigation will be conducted by a team headed by Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) into the incident.” Sanjeevini Blue Metal Company.

Hosur MLA’s Son Karuna Sagar Died in Car Crash

ANI, the news agency has shared a few photos that show Audi’s front part completely damaged which gives a sign of a high speed and could be the reason for losing control of the car. The ambulance and police were called when the public gathered and eyewitnesses told they heard an explosion-like sound when the car crashed. Also, the airbags of the luxury Audi Q3 did not open and also reported that none of them wore seat belts.

Police officials stated, just a day before the accident, on Monday, Karuna Sagar came to Bengaluru for the purchase of few medicines at 5.30 p.m. He also holds a business in Bengaluru city. The family called him for a dinner at around 9.30 p.m. He informed his family that he won’t come for dinner and then went ahead with his friends.

An FIR has been lodged on this matter and further investigation is underway, Traffic Police cops said.
