As per the Government’s decision, there will be no exams for the CBSE 10th students for March 2021 annual session. Govt of India, Ministry of Education has cancelled the CBSE Class 10 Board Examination 2021. A huge number of students appear for Class 10 & 12 CBSE exams every year. This year, more than 30 lacs students have given their nominations but the exams for both X & XII will not be conducted because of the pandemic. Although the preparations for the exams were made by CBSE Board already. But the exams are hereby declared cancelled and now the result will be prepared on the basis of newly developed evaluation criteria.

The Class 10 (Secondary) School board examinations 2021 as usual will take on the first half of the day from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM. Practicals if any will be notified by the board and shall be taken by the schools as usual. All students are requested by the chairman of the Central Board of Secondary examination to keep an eye on the official social media page or the website of the CBSE board for any further updates. What is the method of correction and marking scheme?
Amidst the coronavirus situation where every sector is affected the education system is also not left apart. In the month of July, CBSE had declared that 30% of the existing syllabus will not be a part of this year’s exam. This is because of the loss of classes due to Coronavirus. Reports also state that CBSE can reduce further syllabus. If the examination is taking place offline then the marking and checking scheme remains the same. Teachers of different schools will go to checking centers and check. But here all the safety precautions are to be taken place. But if the method is online then it may happen that home teachers will only check paper. Three has been no confirmation of this news. This will also be declared with the release of the board exam date sheet.
