Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has cancelled the board exam for Class 12th Arts, Commerce, Science Streams. Students are suggested to check exam cancellation updates from the official website of the CBSE Board – www.cbse.nic.in/cbse.gov.in. Earlier, Government had given two options to State/UTs – 1st One to conduct all subject exams with reduced time, 2nd to arrange the exams for only limited subjects. However, there was no consensus by State/UT Education Ministers at that time. But now after the meeting held with PM Modi on 1st June 2021, it has been made clear that the exams for Class 12 will not be held for this year. Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’ has announced to cancel the Class XII Theory and Practical Examinations. Yesterday, PM Modi along with other high profile education ministers have decided to cancel the CBSE Board Exams for Class 12th. All those students who had registered online/offline for Class 12 Academic Session 2020-21 can check the exam cancellation news through the official portal of CBSE – cbse.nic.in/cbse.gov.in. Big Update! Prime Minister, Narender Modi has cancelled the 12th Class Exams 2021 for CBSE Board. Due to COVID-19, a huge crowd of students and parents were requesting for the cancellation of exams. After reviewing the situation, now, Govt has officially declared that the exams will not be conducted for CBSE 12th Class. Along with CBSE, a few other boards like CISCE, HBSE has also concluded to not take the Class 12 Exams for this year. Soon, the evaluation criteria for the Class 12 board exam will be announced by the respective boards.
