UPTET शिक्षक के पद पर सरकारी नौकरी (Sarkari Naukri) करने के इच्छुक उम्मीदवार के स्किल और नॉलेज का आकलन करने के लिए पेपर डिजाइन की जाती है. जो उम्मीदवार यह परीक्षा देने जा रहे हैं, उनकी तैयारी पूरी होनी चाहिए. इस सेक्शन में स्कोर करने के लिए सिलेबस का विस्तृत जानकारी जरूरी है। इस सेक्शन में नवीकरणीय ऊर्जा स्रोतों, गृह भवनों, त्योहारों, उपभोक्ता संरक्षण, सामान्य रोग वायु, जल, जंगल, जैव विविधता के संरक्षण और पर्यावरण अनुसंधान के महत्व, जैसे टॉपिक्स प्रमुख हैं।

इस सेक्शन की तैयारी करते समय सही किताब चुनें और अपने अंदर विषय से संबंधित बुनियादी अवधारणाओं को विकसित करें।
- यूपीटीईटी परीक्षा के सभी प्रश्न वस्तुनिष्ठ (Objective) टाइप के होंगे और हर प्रश्न के लिए 1 नंबर निर्धारित होगा.प्रथम प्रश्न पत्र उन उम्मीदवारों के लिए है, जो कक्षा 1 से 5 तक के लिए शिक्षक बनना चाहते हैं.
- द्वितीय प्रश्न पत्र उन उम्मीदवारों के लिए है, जो कक्षा 6 से 8 तक के छात्रों को पढ़ाना चाहते हैं. इसमें राष्ट्रीय पाठ्यचर्या प्रणाली 2005 और शिक्षण-सीखने की प्रक्रिया जैसे मुद्दों से संबंधित ज्यादातर प्रश्न पूछे जाते हैं।
- साथ ही विविध शिक्षार्थियों (पिछड़े / मानसिक रूप से मंद / विशेष रूप से विकलांग), बच्चे कैसे सीखते और सोचते हैं, व्यक्तिगत मतभेद, भाषा, लिंग, समुदाय, जाति और धर्म के आधार पर व्यक्तिगत अंतर को समझना आदि से भी प्रश्न पूछे जाते हैं।

इस सेक्शन में ज्यादातर प्रश्न बुनियादी सिद्धांतों पर आधारित होते हैं। इस सेक्शन में अच्छा स्कोर करने के लिए उम्मीदवारों को ज्यादा से ज्यादा छात्रों और सिद्धांतों को सीखने का प्रयास करना चाहिए।
इसमें ज्यादातर प्रश्न वर्गमूल, अनुपात और समानुपात, ब्याज, सतह का क्षेत्रफल और आयतन, रेखा और कोण, समीकरण, गुणक, प्रतिशत, सांख्यिकी- ग्राफ से संबंधित प्रश्न पूछे जाते हैं।
भाषा सेक्शन (Language Section):
इस सेक्शन की तैयारी करते समय सही किताब चुनें और अपने अंदर विषय से संबंधित बुनियादी अवधारणाओं को विकसित करें।
