A press conference will be held at around 2:00 pm tomorrow to declare the result of the Maharashtra Class 12th Board Result 2023. The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education – MSBSHSE conducted the 12th board exams from 21st February to 20th March 2023. The exam was conducted in two shifts i.e., morning – 11 am to 2 pm and evening – 3 pm to 6 pm. A total of 14,57,293 students appeared for the Maharashtra Board XII exam out of which 7,92,780 candidates were boys and 6,64,441 candidates were girls. Out of the total students, 6,60,780 students were from the Science stream, 3,45,532 students were from the Commerce stream, and 4,04,761 students were from the Arts stream.

Along with the result date, MSBSHSE has also announced that students who are unsatisfied with their results can apply for verification of answer sheets. After applying for verification at verification.mh-hsc.ac.in, candidates will be able to obtain a photocopy of the answer sheets. Moreover, students can apply for copy recheck/ reevaluation/ Retotaling by filling out the application form.
Last year, the overall passing percentage was 94.22%. The passing percentage for boys was 93.29 while the girls outperformed boys with a record of 95.35% as their passing percentage. Last year, around 14,85,000 students registered for the Maharashtra HSC examination.

To check the HSC result, all the students must follow the steps given below:
- Go to the official website of the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education – MSBSHSE at www.mahahsscboard.in.
- Scroll down and check the ‘Latest Notification’ section.
- Find the ‘ Maha 12th HSC Result 2023 link’ and click on it.
- On the result page, enter your class 12 exam roll number and mother’s name, and then click on the ‘View Result’ button.
- Your class XII result will now appear on your screen. Download and save it.
