TNPCB Recruitment 2020 – Asst Engineer, Assistant, Environmental Scientist, Typist Eligibility Criteria
Qualification for Assistant Engineer:
- The candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
- The candidate should also have a master’s degree in any of these courses including Environmental Engineering, M.Tech, and Chemical Engineering. Environmental Science
Qualification for Environmental Scientist:
It is mandatory for the applicants to have a master’s degree in one of the below-given courses. Those are not eligible to apply for the Environmental Scientist post who does not have Master’s in such disciplines. A master’s degree in one of the below-given disciplines is required for this job post.

Qualification for Typist:
The eligible candidates for the job post of typist must have a bachelor’s degree. The applicant should be passed in the government technical examination. The candidate should have given an examination for the typewriting in English & Tamil. The interested candidate must be a diploma or certificate holder in the computer course. The minimum time duration of a computer course should be six months.
Importantly – The job seekers for any job vacancy of TNPCB should have adequate knowledge of Tamil language.
Age criteria:
The minimum age limit for the unreserved category is 18 Years – 30 Years as on February 12, 2020. The maximum age limit for the unreserved category is 48 Years.
