Step 1: One-Time Registration (OTR)
- Visit scholarships.gov.in, select New Registration and provide details including Aadhaar/EID
- Validate via OTP and complete e‑KYC & Face Authentication using Aadhaar Face RD & NSP OTR apps to obtain your 14-digit OTR number.
