Selection Process:
The CIL will conclude the recruitment process of Management Trainee in the following two steps:-
- Computer Based Test – The CBT is the first round in which candidates will be called to appear in the online examination. After the CBT, shortlisted candidates will go to the next stage.
- Personal Interview – Candidates selected in CBT will appear for Personal Interview. The final list of results will be made after the PI.
