Coal India Limited (CIL) has released the CBT Exam 2025 result for candidates who appeared under Advertisement No. 01/2025 for the recruitment of Management Trainees. According to the notification, the names listed in Annexure-A have been provisionally shortlisted on the basis of the Computer Based Online Test (CBT) and are now called for Document Verification (DV) and Initial Medical Examination (IME). The tentative schedule for DV and IME is from 6 October to 10 October 2025. Candidates will be informed separately about the exact date, time, and venue for these processes.
The company has also clearly outlined the requirements and conditions for shortlisted candidates. Those reporting for DV and IME must bring the specified documents in original along with two self-attested copies of each. Failure to produce the required documents will result in immediate cancellation of candidature and the candidate will not be allowed to appear for the IME. Similarly, if a candidate does not meet the prescribed medical standards and is declared “Unfit for Employment” in CIL, their candidature will also be cancelled. The final Offer of Appointment will be issued only after a candidate successfully clears both DV and IME.
