If you appeared for these exams between April 11 and April 26, 2026, it is time to check your performance and plan your next steps.
Urgent Notice: Revaluation & Copy View
For students who wish to challenge their marks or view their answer scripts, the university has set a strict deadline.
- Last Date to Apply: April 26, 2026
- Available Options: Revaluation (Re-checking of marks) and Copy View (Digital access to your script).

BTU generally uses a dual system: an online portal for fee payment and a physical or college-mediated application for the actual copy inspection.

Steps to Fill the Form
Step 1: Fee Payment (Crucial)
Before filling the form, you must pay the prescribed fee. Usually, this is done through the “Online Fee” section on the university website.
- Copy View Fee: ₹1000 per subject.
- Revaluation Fee: ₹600 per subject (Max 4 subjects).
- Note: Save the payment receipt/transaction ID, as you will need it for the form.
Step 2: Accessing the Form
- Go to btuexam.in.
- Look for the link labeled “Revaluation / Copy View Form 2026”.
- Login using your Roll Number and Mother’s Name (or Date of Birth).
Step 3: Selecting Subjects
Select the specific subjects you want to have checked. You can choose “Copy View” if you want to see the script, or “Revaluation” if you want a complete re-totaling and re-evaluation of answers.
Step 4: Submission
Enter your payment details, upload the receipt if prompted, and submit. Keep a printout of the confirmation page.
Important Rules for Copy View
- Limited Time: You are typically allowed only 5–10 minutes to inspect your answer book at the university-designated center.
- No Electronics: You cannot take photos, pens, or mobile phones into the inspection room.
- Identification: You must carry your original Admit Card and a valid ID proof (Aadhar Card) on the day of the copy view.
- Correction: If you find a totaling error during the copy view, you can point it out to the committee on the spot for correction.
A quick tip: Since the portal can get laggy near the deadline (April 26), I’d recommend finishing the payment and form submission at least 2 days in advance!

Which Results are Still Pending?
While the majority of the III-Semester results are out, some specialized or combined results are still in the processing stage. Based on the current university dashboard, the following are pending:
- Old Scheme Results: Most III-Semester Back Paper results for the Old Scheme (pre-2021 batches) are still awaiting final tabulation.
- B.Design & B.Arch III-Sem: These allied technical courses usually follow the B.Tech release by 5–7 days.
- Lateral Entry Specific Tabulations: In some instances, individual results for lateral entry students in specific branches like Mining or Petroleum may show as “Held” due to internal marks missing.
Note: If your result shows “Result Latent” or “WH” (Withheld), contact your college examination cell immediately to ensure your internal/sessional marks were uploaded correctly.

- Bookmark the Portal: Keep btu.ucanapply.com handy.
- Don’t Wait for the Last Date: The Revaluation portal often slows down on the final day (April 26). Apply early if you have doubts about your score.
- Download & Backup: BTU results are sometimes archived or moved. Always save a PDF copy of your digital marksheet as soon as you see it.
